Eye pillow nature

Eye pillows or eye masks are often used for relaxation. They protect the eyes from light and exert a gentle pressure. They have a helpful effect on sleep disorders, stress and headaches.

Often the eyes are overstrained by long work on the computer or television. This often manifests itself as swollen eye areas, reddened or watery eyes.

The mild, slight darkening of the eyes, relaxes and affects the entire head area and mental balance.

The soothing effect of the eye pillow can be used at any time in everyday life for a few minutes. The eye pillow is small and handy, lightweight and can be taken anywhere.

Also in yoga, eye pillows are often used at the end of yoga exercises for relaxation (Savasana, Asanas, as well as Yoga-Nidra).

Our eye pillows are filled with spelt grains.

We obtain the spelt grains from organic German cultivation. The ticking is made of GOTS certified cotton and cannot be washed.

The cover is also made of GOTS certified cotton and can be easily washed in the washing machine at 30°C due to the hotel cover.

We have deliberately omitted a zipper so that there are no disturbing elements that counteract relaxation.

Our eye pillow can be used warm or cold. A cold pillow regenerates and soothes tired and puffy eyes.

The warm eye pillow can facilitate relaxation, switching off and falling asleep.
