Usage

Microwave

Heat the cushion for approx. 2 min. at medium level, approx. 600 watts. Please make sure that the plate of the microwave is clean and can rotate freely. Please make sure the pillow is not too hot for you before use.

Oven

In the non-preheated oven, place the pillow on a rack (middle shelf) with baking paper. Place a cup of water on the rack and heat the pillow at 130°C for about 10 minutes. Please make sure the pillow is not too hot for you before use.

Cooling

Put the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for 45 min.
