Usage

To activate the lavender scent, knead the pillow just before use.

Microwave

Heat the pillow for approx. 1 min. at medium level, approx. 600 watts. Please make sure the plate of the microwave is clean and can rotate freely. Before use, please make sure that the pillow is not too hot for you.

Oven

In the non-preheated oven, place the pillow on a rack (middle shelf) with baking paper. Place a cup of water on the rack and heat the pillow at 130°C for about 10 minutes. Please make sure the pillow is not too hot for you before use.

Cooling

Put the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for 20min.

Care

The cover can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C. The ticking must not be washed.
